Supplier terms at Wizea set out, in plain language, what we expect from manufacturers and distributors and what we commit to in return: neutral documents, change control, a contact protocol and confidentiality on your side; written payment rules, fixed inspection criteria, evidence-based case handling and publication of your name only with your authorisation on ours. The signed framework agreement is the binding text.

What we expect
| Term | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Neutral packaging and documents | On request, no factory name, logo, contact, QR code, catalogue or business card inside cartons, on labels, samples, test reports or datasheets destined for our customers. Wizea labels and document formats are used. Legally required manufacturer identification on customs documents is never falsified; it is handled in the documents the importer's broker needs. |
| Change control | Specifications, materials, processes, dates and prices change only through the Shenzhen team, in writing, after the customer's confirmation. Materials and subcontractors stay as approved unless a change is confirmed in writing. |
| Contact protocol | Any enquiry from a party introduced by Wizea, or citing a Wizea reference number, is forwarded to us within one business day. The factory does not answer price or capacity questions from such parties directly. |
| Confidentiality | Drawings, artwork, names and volumes received through Wizea are used only for the order and are not disclosed. Drawings carry our title block; the end customer is not identified unless we say so. |
| Samples | Samples travel through Wizea. One sealed approved sample stays at the factory, one with us, both signed. |
| Inspection access | In-factory inspections and production follow-up as agreed; pre-release inspection on criteria agreed before the order, before the goods are released and the balance is paid. |
| Audit visits | Wizea's Shenzhen team carries out audit visits to the factory for qualification and approval, and during production when the programme needs it, scheduled with the supplier. |
| Compliance | Valid business licence; certificates that can be verified at the issuing body; cooperation with origin, material and supply-chain declarations our customers' markets require. |
What we commit to
| Commitment | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Payment rules in writing, kept | Payment terms are agreed with each supplier and written on the purchase order before production starts. |
| Inspection criteria fixed before the order | Findings are classified under agreed acceptance criteria. Any question on a lot is decided on the evidence, with photographs and measurements. |
| Cases with a procedure | A case arrives translated, documented and with evidence, on a timeline. Every charge is supported by the evidence in the case file. |
| Specifications in the Chinese language | Engineers in Shenzhen play back the specification before tooling and own the change channel. |
| Confidentiality of your identity | Your name, logo and photographs are published, and you are disclosed to third parties, including our customers, only with your written authorisation. Disclosure to a customer's quality system happens under NDA. |
| Declared commissions | We take no undisclosed commissions and ask for none. Representation commissions are declared in the relevant agreements. |
| Scorecard you can see | Quarterly scorecard on delivery, quality and responsiveness, shared with you. |
| Reasons for every decision | Every decision on an application or a lot comes with its reasons. |
If we represent you abroad
Territory (by geography, market or account list), registered accounts, commission and its tail, brand-use authorisation and the obligations of both sides are set in a separate representation agreement. A name appears on this site once that agreement and a written brand-use authorisation are in place.
