Factories and distributors in China and Asia can pre-register with Wizea in two steps: ten fields now, documents later through a link we send. Wizea brings demand as drawings, specifications and BOM lines from industrial manufacturers and EMS assemblers in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia, works with suppliers in Chinese, writes its payment rules down and fixes inspection criteria before the order. Registration is free.

What you get

For factories

  • Clear specifications in the Chinese language. Drawings, tolerances and inspection criteria are played back by our Shenzhen team before tooling.
  • Long-term programmes. Industrial parts run for years; we look for repeat lots and stable second sources.
  • Written rules. Payment terms written on each purchase order before production starts; one channel for changes, in writing.
  • Representation abroad. For selected manufacturers, a written representation agreement for buyers in Europe, North America and Latin America.

For distributors

  • Real BOM demand. Requests come as BOM lines and shortage parts with quantity and target date.
  • Your channel respected. Authorised and independent sources are quoted as such; the type of source is stated on every line.
  • Inspection in Shenzhen. Lots are received and inspected against agreed criteria before they are consolidated.
  • Confidentiality both ways. Supplier and customer names are not published without written agreement.

Full supplier terms

Your information

Your information is used by Wizea Technology Limited (Hong Kong) and its sourcing office in Shenzhen only to evaluate a supply relationship with your company, in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. It is never published, and it is shared with third parties only with your written authorisation.

Supplier questions

Who pays whom?

Wizea is your customer. We place the purchase order and pay according to the payment terms written on it before production starts; we invoice the end buyer ourselves.

How long does qualification take?

We reply to a pre-registration within two business days and send the link for step 2. Qualification then depends on your documents and on when a requirement in your category arrives.

Do we need ISO 9001 to register?

No. ISO 9001 is preferred, and certificates are reviewed in step 2, but you can pre-register without it.

Will you show our logo on your site?

Only under a written agreement and brand-use authorisation. Until then, names of suppliers are not published.
