Wizea's process runs in four steps: a quotation with six fields on every line; sourcing and qualification by our Shenzhen team, in Mandarin; inspection and consolidation in Shenzhen; and handover EXW to your forwarder (FCA on request) with one invoice and complete documents. Every change is confirmed in writing.

Change control and nonconformity
A specification, material, supplier, date or price changes only after you confirm it in writing; the Shenzhen team is the single channel for changes on the factory side. If a lot needs attention after delivery, a case is opened the same business day, with containment, root cause and corrective action on a written timeline.
Questions about the process

You, as the importer, with your customs broker. We provide the documents, state the country of origin and support your broker.
Do you stay in touch after handover?
Yes. We let you know when your agent has collected and stay in touch until your goods arrive, answering your forwarder's and broker's questions.
Start with one line or a whole BOM
