BOM kitting means one supplier buys every line of your bill of materials and delivers it as a complete kit, ready for your assembler's line. Wizea quotes the whole BOM across manufacturers, authorised channels and independent sources, proposes alternatives for your approval, then buys, inspects and consolidates every line in Shenzhen.
Your BOM, in one box.
One quote
The whole BOM on one quotation: price, MOQ, lead time, validity, origin and source on each line.
One invoice
Many channels, one invoice from Wizea Technology Limited, Hong Kong.
One payment
One invoice, one payment for the whole kit, to one beneficiary: Wizea Technology Limited. How payment works.
One shipment
Every line received, inspected and consolidated in Shenzhen into one kit.
One pickup
Your forwarder collects once, EXW (FCA on request).
One import
One customs entry at your end; freight, clearance and bank charges shared by the whole BOM.
Watch a kit come together
Lines from manufacturers, authorised channels and independent sources arrive in Shenzhen, are checked against your BOM and packed as one kit, with one packing list.

Send the BOM in any format: spreadsheet, PDF or your system's export. We quote every line from the source that fits it and state that source on the line, so the decision stays yours. Restrict any line to manufacturer and authorised sources and we quote it that way.
Alternatives and cross-references. Where a line is long-lead, on allocation or past end-of-life, we propose alternatives line by line for your engineering team to approve. Nothing is substituted without your written approval.
Share your targets. When you share target prices, we work to them and report, line by line, where each target is met and the closest option where a target needs more work.
For an experienced electronics manufacturer, a 73-line cost-reduction quotation drew on our approved suppliers and on factories and authorised distributors worldwide. Result: 43 of the 73 lines came in under the customer's target price.
Who it's for: EMS and contract manufacturers
EMS and contract assemblers
Full kits bought across every channel, packed per production order, quantities matched to the build.
OEMs with in-house SMT
Factory-made parts and distributor lines on one invoice, so your plant receives one delivery.
OEMs supplying their assembler
A consigned kit: you own the material, we buy and kit it, your forwarder takes it to the assembler.
New products and repeat builds
The kit follows your production plan; recurring factory-made lines become a factory-direct programme, and we develop a manufacturer for any line without a stable source.

Questions about BOM kitting
What is BOM kitting?
One supplier buys every line of your bill of materials and delivers the parts together as a complete kit, ready for your assembler's line. With Wizea, that kit comes on one quotation, one invoice and one shipment, sold EXW by our Hong Kong company.
What is the difference between BOM kitting and turnkey assembly?
In turnkey assembly the contract manufacturer buys the parts and builds the boards. In BOM kitting Wizea supplies the complete kit, every component on the BOM, and the build stays with you or with the assembler you choose.
Do I need to send the whole BOM?
No. Send the whole BOM or only the lines you want quoted. The more of the BOM we quote together, the more the fixed costs of freight, clearance and payment are shared.
Can you supply the same kit for repeat production orders?
Yes. Send your build plan and we quote the recurring lines as a programme: factory-made lines are scheduled with the factory, distributor lines are bought to your build dates, and each kit is inspected and consolidated in Shenzhen.
Can you propose alternative manufacturers?
Yes. Where a line is long-lead, on allocation or past end-of-life, we propose alternatives line by line; your engineering team approves each one in writing before we buy.
Can the kit go straight to my contract manufacturer?
Yes. The kit is handed over EXW to the forwarder you nominate, who delivers it to your contract manufacturer. We prepare the documents for that route and stay in touch until it arrives.
