Our payment security practice
Every payment to Wizea follows the same three rules. They are printed on our proforma invoices, stated in our Terms of sale and published on this site, so your finance team can apply them from the first order.
The three rules

Many finance teams add a fourth habit, and it is a good one: supplier bank details kept in the ERP as master data and changed only through a two-person process.
How to verify Wizea in the Hong Kong registry
Hong Kong keeps a public Companies Registry, searchable in English:
- Take the company's full registered name and company number from the proforma or the contract.
- Search the Companies Registry by name or number and confirm the status and the exact name.
- Confirm that the registered office address matches the one on the invoice.
- Look up any certificate number at the certification body and confirm the body's accreditation.

The same practice with our suppliers
We apply the same rules when we pay factories: the bank account is confirmed in the supplier's registered legal name during qualification, bank details are fixed on the order, and any change is confirmed by telephone. The full qualification steps are in the guide on how we qualify a factory.
Deposits and milestones
Our payment schedule is stated on the proforma invoice and on the order before production starts. Where a deposit applies, the balance is linked to a milestone you can see, such as the shipping documents. Specific percentages and instruments are agreed per order.

How do I verify a Hong Kong company?
Search the Hong Kong Companies Registry by name or number, confirm the status and the exact name, match the registered address to the invoice, and verify any certificate at its issuing body. Wizea Technology Limited is Company No. 3329284.
Why does the account name match the registered name exactly?
Because the registered name is the one detail your finance team can confirm independently in a public registry. Matching it character for character makes every payment traceable to the company on your contract.
