1. Ask for a quotation
Send what you need in any format: a part list, a BOM, a drawing or a photo with dimensions. Add the quantity, the date you need it and the country it is going to. Each line of the quotation states the unit price, the minimum order quantity, the lead time, how long the price is valid, where the goods are made and what kind of source they come from.
2. Pay one invoice
You pay one proforma invoice, to one company, in one transfer. With Wizea that company is Wizea Technology Limited, Hong Kong, a company you can look up in the public registry. One payment, however many suppliers are behind your order.
3. We inspect and consolidate
Your lines are received in Shenzhen, checked against your order and packed together as one shipment, with a commercial invoice and a packing list.
4. Your forwarder collects
We sell EXW, which simply means the goods are made available to your transport company, called a freight forwarder, at the handover point on the quotation. Your forwarder carries them to you by air, sea or courier and quotes you the freight. If you do not have one yet, we can introduce a forwarder we have worked with; the contract and the choice remain yours. FCA is available on request.
5. You import
At destination, a customs broker declares the goods for you, using our invoice and packing list, and you pay the import duties and taxes of your country. We answer your broker's questions and stay in touch until your goods arrive.

Short answers on this topic
Do I need a freight forwarder?
Yes. Under EXW your forwarder collects the goods and carries them to you. If you do not have one, we can introduce one we have worked with.
Who pays import duties?
You, as the importer, through your customs broker. Our invoice states the country of origin so your broker knows what to declare.
Can I start with a small order?
Yes. The minimum order quantity is stated on each line before you decide, and several small lines can travel together as one shipment.
How do I know the company is real?
Look up Wizea Technology Limited, Company No. 3329284, in the Hong Kong Companies Registry, and our ISO certificates at the certification body. Then ask us for a call-back before your first payment.
